Zonal Rounds

TechnoXian is hosting Zonal Competitions across different regions of India to identify the brightest robotics talents. Teams from schools, colleges, and startups will participate in zonal events held in Chennai, Pune, Lucknow, Kolkata, and Chandigarh from April to May 2026. Online registration for the zonals is now open, and top 25% teams from each zone will qualify to compete in the National Round.

National Round

The National Round will be held in India over three days in July 2026.Top teams from the nationals will advance to the Final Selection Procedure in the UAE. Travel and accommodation for the national winning teams will be fully sponsored, ensuring they have the best experience while representing India on the international stage.

International Finals

The Final Selection Procedure in the UAE will bring together the top teams from the National Round. The selected teams will compete in the TechnoXian World Cup 10.0, celebrating a decade of innovation in robotics. This grand finale recognizes technical excellence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, showcasing the most promising talents from across the globe.

National Winners’ Sponsorship Details

National winners will receive travel and accommodation sponsorship to compete in the International Round of TechnoXian in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1st Position

Teams securing the 1st place in their respective challenges at the National Robotics Championship (NRC) will receive a 50% scholarship on travel and accommodation expenses for the International Round in the UAE.

2nd Position

Teams securing the 2nd place will receive a 25% scholarship on travel and accommodation expenses for the International Round in the UAE.

3rd Position

Teams securing the 3rd place will bear their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the International Round.

How can I register my team for competitions?
Visit the registration section above, create your club account by filling the form, select your competition category, add team members, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your club ID and login credentials.
What is the registration fee structure?
For Indian teams: Zonal rounds - INR 1200 + 18% GST per challenge, National round - INR 2000 + 18% GST per challenge.
For international teams: Direct entry to International Finals - USD 65 per challenge.
Team can register for multiple challenges with separate fees.
What is the team size limit?
Most competitions allow 2 to 10 members per team. This includes team leader, members, and mentors. Please refer to individual category rulebooks for specific requirements as some categories may have different size limits.
Can we register for multiple categories?
Yes, teams can register for multiple categories. However, you need to complete separate registrations for each category and ensure your team has enough members to manage simultaneous participation if schedules overlap.
What are the sponsorship benefits for winners?
1st Place: 100% sponsorship for travel and accommodation to UAE International Finals.
2nd Place: 50% sponsorship for travel and accommodation to UAE.
3rd Place: Self-funded participation with priority registration.
All winners receive trophies, certificates, and cash prizes.
Do we need to bring our own robots?
Yes, participants must bring their own robots and equipment. However, basic tools and a small workshop area will be available for minor repairs. Rulebooks with specifications are available for each category.
Is accommodation provided during the event?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, we have partnered with hotels near all venues to provide discounted rates for participants. Details will be shared after registration.
Will participants receive certificates?
Yes, all registered participants who compete at the venue will receive e-certificates of participation. Winners and runners-up receive special certificates and trophies.
