Teams must register through the official TechnoXian portal, providing details about team members, project experience, and preferred competition categories.
A virtual assessment, including a technical questionnaire and project submission, will be conducted to evaluate the team’s skills and innovation.
Shortlisted teams from different countries will participate in regional/national qualifiers to secure their place in the final competition.
Top-performing teams from each country will receive an official invitation to represent their nation at TechnoXian World Cup 9.0.
TechnoXian World Cup 2025 is scheduled to take place from August 21st to August 24th, 2025.
The age eligibility depends on the challenge. There are two categories:
● Junior Category: 8 to 16 years
● Open Category: No age limit; open to all
The event will be held in Delhi NCR, India.
RoboClub is the official robotics club under TechnoXian, where participants form teams.
● A RoboClub can have members from any age group or institution.
● There is no restriction on the number of members in a RoboClub.
Yes, forming a RoboClub is mandatory for participating in TechnoXian.
The age eligibility depends on the challenge. There are two categories:
● Minimum team size depends on the challenge.
● Maximum team size: 10 members, including the captain.
Yes, a team can participate in multiple challenges.
The registration fee is ₹3,000 + GST per challenge per team.
Yes. After registering, teams must go through a selection interview conducted by the selection committee. Only approved teams can participate in the International TechnoXian.
If a team is not selected, they will receive a refund of ₹2,500 to their original payment method.
Teams can select their preferred interview date and time via their RoboClub panel.
Results will be announced within 24 to 48 hours via email.
